Because people need more than another place to grab coffee.

They need somewhere to go.

There used to be more places like this.

Not home.
Not work.

Just somewhere to land.

Everything now feels faster, louder, and more transactional.
Most places are built to move people through; not invite them to stay.

And in a growing place like Minneola, that space is felt even more.

What’s Missing

That didn’t sit right with us.

We built it with intention; every detail designed to feel grounded, comfortable, and easy to come back to.

Not snobby.
Not trying too hard.

Tail Feather wasn't built because Minneola needed another coffee shop.

It was built because we believe people need places to gather.

Places where conversations last longer than the coffee. Places where strangers become regulars. Places where you can work, laugh, think, meet a friend, or simply sit still for a while.

We've spent years building businesses centered around community, and Tail Feather is the most personal thing we've created yet.
