This Is What a Social House Looks Like
Coffee, community, curiosity—and a September full of reasons to come inside.
When we created Tail Feather, we knew we wanted to serve really good coffee.
But we were never building just a coffee shop.
We wanted to build a place where you could grab your usual drink on the way to work, meet someone new over a shared table, bring your children somewhere they could feel welcome, learn something you’ve always been curious about, or stumble into an event you didn’t know you needed.
A place where there is almost always something brewing—and we don’t only mean the coffee.
That is the “social house” part of Tail Feather Coffee & Social House.
Come for the drink. Stay for what’s happening around you.
The drinks will always be at the heart of what we do.
Our menu is built to give you something you won’t find at every coffee shop: espresso drinks with a little edge, layered tea blends, rotating seasonal creations, drink flights, coconut cream floats and flavors inspired by the atmosphere of the house itself.
You can sit down and stay awhile, order online before you arrive or use our Smooth Landing pickup. Place your order, pull up and we’ll bring it out to you—because some days you want the Tail Feather drink without having to unload the entire car.

Seasonal drinks made for people who want something a little more interesting than the usual.
But the menu is only the beginning.
There is always something happening inside the house.
Tail Feather has become a home for ideas, conversations, classes and collaborations that might not normally exist together—and we like it that way.
On Thursday afternoons, Eco Roots is setting up inside the house with Discover Minneola Passports. The passport gives you access to special perks at nine participating local businesses from September 1 through November 30. It is a genuinely fun way to discover places you may have driven past without realizing what was waiting inside.
Eco Roots has also created a completely free children’s corner exclusively at Tail Feather, filled with coloring sheets, puzzles and activities that help children learn more about their native state of Florida.
Parents can have a few peaceful minutes with their coffee. The kids can color, explore and learn something. Everybody wins.
Learn something. Make something. Meet someone.
Throughout the month, the house changes with the people and experiences filling it.
Our Thursday evening education classes with COCK’D Tactical make firearm knowledge more approachable for people who may have questions but don’t know where to begin.
These are educational conversations—not shooting classes—and they’re designed to remove the pressure and confusion that often surround the subject.
On September 21, Adventures in Art will be joining us from 5–7 PM for a beaded planter class. It is creative, social and ridiculously cute—the kind of evening where you can make something with your hands while enjoying a drink and spending time with people outside of your usual routine.
Then, on September 27 from 5–7 PM, Tail Feather and COCK’D Firearms are bringing Cars & Coffee to the house. Expect beautiful vehicles, local vendors, coffee and a golden-hour gathering built for people who love cars—and people who just want somewhere interesting to be.

The house is designed to change with the moment—from an everyday coffee stop to a room filled with conversation, creativity and community.
Local is more than a location.
Being a local business isn’t only about having a Minneola address.
It means knowing the people who walk through the door. It means collaborating with other small businesses instead of trying to exist in isolation. It means creating reasons for people to spend time together in the community where they already live.
We’re still building Tail Feather in real time. Some ideas will become traditions. Others may appear once, leave a mark and make room for whatever comes next.
That evolving energy is part of the experience.
So, if you have driven by and wondered what exactly happens inside Tail Feather, the answer is:
A little bit of everything.
Come for your morning coffee. Try a flight. Bring the kids to the activity corner. Take a class. Meet a friend. Attend an event. Order ahead and let us bring your drink to the car.
Or simply choose a spot, look around and see what the house has become that day.
That is what we mean when we say Coffee & Social House.
And we’re only getting started.
